For an commitment fee of $2,000, you will partner on leads with the potential to return $10,000 or more in the first month while learning the process.   Partnership also provides you with the tools and services to get started. 

Steps to Earn & Learn Millionaire System:

1. Marketing: Learn the inexpensive auto-pilot system to get motivated sellers calling you.  Target foreclosures, probates, etc.
2. Pre-screening: Get the right questions to ask to recognize win-win transactions, in minutes—not hours.
3. Deal Negotiation: Present multiple offers, estimate repairs, split funding, and many more unique ways to win the deal at the lowest cost.
4. Financing: Structure financing with little or no money down.  Get free houses, use land trusts, activate short sales, and discount mortgages.
5. Closing: Learn to take control of your closings and avoid typical real estate fees at closings.
6. Selling:  Wholesale, Retail, or Rent to own—Use the best method for selling houses at the maximum price (incl. sweat equity).
